Kualifikasi

1. 1–2 years of experience in FMCG/Tobacco industry sales
2. Understand business processes and systems in the industry, especially General Trade
3. Master distribution, coverage, and sales management
4. Experienced in trade & merchandising (promotion, store layout, branding)
5. Able to establish long-term relationships with wholesaler/retailer partners
6. Maintain work standards according to the principles of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
7. Have product knowledge and sales education skills
8. Skilled in visit planning, targeting, and distribution
9. Possess commercial intelligence and market analysis skills
10. Have an active SIM C
